Over the past 30 years, Ray Manning’s creative leadership has established Manning Architects with a local and national reputation in architecture, interior design, urban design, and planning. The core of his work has been the development, planning, and urban design of the City of New Orleans before and after Hurricane Katrina in 2005. In a Post-Katrina New Orleans, Ray Manning was responsible for spear-heading the Bring New Orleans Back Commission Neighborhood Planning Process and the City’s Master Plan and numerous other efforts to reinvigorate and restore the city.
Miwako Hattori joined Manning Architects in 1997 and has 19 years of experience. Prior to working at Manning Architects, Miwako’s architecture experience included work in Japan and Germany. As a Studio Director, she has earned a reputation among clients for an unyielding commitment to excellence and the ability to motivate employees to creative and technical precision. Miwako’s skills as a design leader are best exemplified through her work on educational, transportation, and civic projects. Miwako is a LEED Accredited Professional in Building Design + Construction.
With years of professional experience, Mr. Cristina’s extensive background includes commercial and residential design and renovation, contract document production, construction, financial and computer systems management, and computer imaging. His focus has been on transportation and hospitality projects. Mr. Cristina also oversees project accounting and billing, project budgets, schedules and resources.
Since joining Manning Architects in 2003, Dominic has served on multiple hospitality, education, and transportation projects. Dominic is experienced in all phases of the design and construction process, from programming and design development through construction administration. Dominic possesses a comprehensive background in the art of building construction, having worked in the field since 1994. Dominic is a LEED Green Associate, and has earned the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) Certificate and met the highest professional standards established by the registration boards responsible for for protecting the health, safety, and welfare of the public.
