New Orleans Riverfront Feasibility Study and Conceptual Master Plan

Manning Architects conducted a feasibility study and conceptual plan for a seasonal, multi-purpose New Orleans riverfront amphitheater along the banks of the Mississippi River. The purpose of this was to explore the possibilities of a creative event site featuring open-air venues along the riverfront which would be an amenity for the city.

The work included a market analysis to assess marketplace potential, location and size of the facility, parking and programming, sales sponsorship analysis, event and box suite sales data, and a financial analysis. The finance analysis included reports on staffing personnel, seating, technical components, signage, equipment, and an operating pro forma.
