Manning lead the planning team in the production of Dillard IMP, which provides a roadmap for future development, landscaping, signage, and stormwater management.
The City of New Orleans Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance (CZO) requires all universities within the city limits to submit an Institutional Master Plan (IMP) that will remain on file with the City. The IMP is required to provide details for each structure (existing and planned) within the university’s district, as well as plans for landscaping and stormwater management, signage, traffic circulation, and parking. The completed IMP also contains a full set of architectural design standards and a written statement detailing how the development complies with all approval standards.
Manning Architects was the Architect of Record for the production of the University’s recent IMP, performing the analysis and creating the final deliverable with input from stakeholders representing the University, the City, various utilities, and regulatory agencies.
